Zuweina Farah is the co-founder and managing partner of Kryola, a business development advisory, co-creating custom solutions that deliver impact. Kryola specializes in helping brands scale their business by effectively integrating their strategic plans into their day-to- day implementation. As the managing partner, Zuweina has over seven years of experience working with organizations and projects across the continent, some of which include the Financial Sector Deepening Trust Tanzania, MasterCard Foundation, World Bank Group, Insight2Impact, as well as local and international corporate brands such as AB InBev, Coca Cola, to mention a few.

She is an entrepreneur and a devoted entrepreneurship activist. As the co-creator of the flagship program, Bits & Bytes Innovation & Technology Convention, she has had the opportunity of working with over 150 startups and grassroots social enterprises in East Africa, that have grown to become award-winning ideas and individuals. The forum exists to build a reputation as a trusted facilitator, capable of bringing together a wide range of stakeholders. A seminar on innovation, entrepreneurship and technology, one that provides an opportunity for Africans to discuss best practices and theories on the implementation of innovation-driven development.

Her experience ranges from project management, project design and integration, to business development advisory, coupled with educational background in Econometrics and Statistics. She currently sits as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Tanzania and also one of the founding member of the first FinTech Hub in Tanzania, id8 Space. Zuweina represented Tanzania at the 10th Anniversary of the World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the United Nations Headquarters in 2016 and is actively part of youth engagement programs that promote innovation and entrepreneurship in Tanzania.
