Tonny Muthee is clinician and a public health practitioner. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Primary Health Care under the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. His interest lies in the positionality of evidence based healthcare practice in the intersection of public health, primary care and policy around non-communicable diseases.

He is the co-President of the Black Association of Rhodes Scholars, the Vice-President of the Green Templeton  College Graduate Common Room, the Secretary General to the Rhodes Scholars’ Southern African Forum and the Social Secretary for the University of Oxford African Society.
