Edobor Efosa Trevor is a clinician and a public health practitioner. He is the public relations officer for Mobicure and a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) candidate currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government (BSG), University of Oxford as an Africa Initiative for Governance (AIG) Scholar. His interest is in the role of behavioural science and communications in halting and reversing the presentation, in hospitals, of people with preventable diseases through the implementation of sustainable policies and public health innovations that help curb this at the level of the household.

Efosa was the vice-president of the UNICEF Peer Education Programme in Southern Nigeria and the chief medical officer of the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Health before joining the BSG.
